Lower element burned out in the oven.

Turn power off. Then I removed the two small screws holding the element to the stove wall. Tip it up as you pull it out of the oven wall being a little carefull as the wires to the element are very short! I only had about an extra 1/2" of wire. Pull wires off of the old element and part them on the new one being carefull NOT to loose them back in the stove wall. Push the new element back into the oven wall and replace the mounting screws. 5-10 minutes tops. J.V.
