stove's Plastic end cap was cracked, burner head worn out.

Investigated the stove top and found worn part under stove top burner. Looked up defective/worn out part on line at Parts Select web site. Ordered on line and in a few days had a box sent with new part and replaced it. The repair time was 25 minutes or so. Part began to work properly. Plastic end cap was also swapped for a new one.
