NO TOOLS NEEDED! I found the old arm nut worn and ordered the replacement nut. When the part arrived, I connected the arm to the nut and screwed the nut back into place. NOT TOO BAD FOR A 71 year old lady, right? Best part of all, even with the shipping, I probably saved $75 (+/-) not having to call a repairman to the house... Ironically, I'm married to a plumber too!
