First of all I've got to say that when the Wash Arm Retainer Nut broke off I had no idea that it was fixable and for a couple of months my poor son (who's been washing dishes by hand for about 8 years before we got this excellent used dishwasher) had to go back to washing dishes by hand for about 6 weeks while I tried to figure out my alternatives....a new dishwasher was ridiculously expensive. Then....while surfing the web I found Parts Select, read the reviews and realized that I could probably fix the problem with a very inexpensive part. When it arrived in the mail I unscrewed the broken part of the nut, no other parts needed...put it all back together as before in less than 5 mins. and to our joy it worked!!!....thanks to all the people that took the time to write reviews....couldn't have done it without you and thanks to Part Select.......I even decided to check and see if Part Select had a Door Shelf Retainer Bar End Cap for my old fridge.....and found that part too...took 1 min. to install...no tools.....thanks again to all.....my son is very happy now and so am I!!.
