Cracked Glass stove top
Once we received the glass top, I pulled the stove from our kitchen island, unscrewed the 12 screws holding everything on, unplugged the two wiring harnesses. Once that broken glass came off I took off the burner elements and swapped them to the new one that took four screws. Then screwed on the glass top to the stove. That was it! Oh
... Read more yeah, don't forget to disconnect the venting below the stove first. That took 2 minutes tops...very easy to do.

"Professional Installer" broke the glass cooktop installing my new range.
I removed the broken top, (8 screws), put on the new top, and then it took a little longer to finish installing the range. Replacing the broken part was by far the easiest part of the installation.

Hi Pierre, thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have a video that will show you your exact model. However we do have a video that will show you how to replace a glass top. I only need the glass for this cooktop my burners work perfectly but i am unable to use the two right hand burners due to a large crack am wondering if it is possible to purchase the glass only as a replacement part? Thank you.

With many models this is possible. We would be happy to do some research to find you the correct parts. However, we need your model number and the brand name to locate any information on this. Model numbers can be short or long and could have a mixture of numbers and letters. We do carry related parts for units just like yours.
