Everytime the refrig door opened or closed there was a terrible loud click... It really became quite bothersome

The biggest problem was finding someone that might have this particular part. I found 8 numbers on the hinge bracket and had partsselect run those numbers plus kenmore and much to my surprise, not only was the part before me but a picture of the part. In all my years I have never had such good fortune. I ordered the part, received it within 5 days by fedex ground, installed the new hinge, and waited for the rest of the family to try the fridge door....It was unbelievable how everyone noticed the difference and could not believe that I could get such great results.....One had to see the situation, the remedy, and solution to really appreciate this story....
