ice maker was leaking cause ice chunks

My ice maker had been a problem for some time. I remove the contents freezer side plus all draws freezer and door. Removed ice maker which required patients because it was first time and some what difficult (little space). I then Goggle ice makers and found your site. Put in my Refrigertator model number and up pop my ice maker. It took a week for the ice maker to arrive. Installation went easy and was done mostly with a nut driver. I used the electrical connector from the old ice maker and the wire shut off. During the off time I use masking tape to cover the electrical outlet for ice maker inside the freezer. Unit works fine.
