Icemaked did not make ice, would not turn all the way to kick out the ice

Unplugged the fridge. Took the old icemaker out by loosening 2 screws on top of it with a nut driver, and removed one phillips screw from the bottom, then lifting the ice maker off the upper screws. Unplugged the ice maker from the plug at the back wall. Took the cover of the front of the ice maker and looked up the replacement part number. Ordered the part Monday, and it arrived in Thursday. It was exactly the same. Connected up the electrical connector, hung the ice maker on the top two screws, installed the bottom screw, and tightened the top two screws with the nut driver. It was making ice in a couple of hours.
