Screeching roller shaft on drum support wheel located a few inches above heating element, which over time caused factory lubricant to dry out, leading to wear and noise.

Remove door screws (4), remove door. Remove front dryer panel. Remove screws from front top panel (2), which allows hook latches to be removed, then tilt top panel up and back. Prop top panel in upright position. Remove screws (4) from inner front panel, swing panel to right and down carefully to avoid wiring damage. Remove screws holding front drum support panel and swing to right and down. Remove drum straight out front of dryer. Support roller wheels are at rear of dryer, remove nut on back side of roller shaft, install new shaft and wheel. Snap ring pliers needed to install old snap ring on new shaft. ( Not supplied). Change out idler arm and pulley, reinstall drum and new belt. Remaining reassembly is the reverse of disassembly.
