Drive coupling (black rubber) broken

Placed a screwdriver up under the blender to keep the shaft from turning. Using a piece of rubber to get a firm hold, I grasped the rubber coupling and turned clockwise to remove (it had reverse threads). The coupling came right off. Put the new coupling on by turning counter-clockwise. What really helped was reading the input by others who also had the same problem. Blender works great now. Thanks for the help and quick delivery of the part.
