Super easy repair. Removed softener dispenser, pulled cap underneath, removed bolt holding agitator down. Agitator lifts up, replaced cam and dogs, put it all back together. Agitates now like it's brand new. The most time consuming part was cleaning the caked on fabric softener from the cap that seals off the agitator bolt.
