It is so simple; remove the top rack and unscrew the spray arm. Then reassemble and in less than 15 minutes it was repaired. (The original part was made of rubber and had been replaced once before, but apparently the manufacturer re-designed the part so the entire upper spray assembly needed to be replaced.)
