Grille holding venting mechanism broke

First, I removed the two phillips screws on the top of the microwave. Then I was able to take the venting mechanism off of the microwave. I unscrewed all of the parts attached to the broken plastic vent and reattached them to the new plastic vent. Once all the parts were on, I simply put the venting mechanism back onto the microwave and placed the two phillips screws back to hold it in place. Lastly, I reattached the springs that allow the vent to close. A simple job done in less than 15 minutes.
