Center spiral shaft on agitator quite spinning

Hardest part was removing the fabric softener container after 10 years of use.
Once I had the instructions that came with the parts, I was no longer afraid I would break something as I could see how it came apart.
Putting the new parts in only took about 10 minutes. Total job was done in under an hour, start to finish.
I had to have saved at least $150 on this repair at a minimum!
