The repair was quite easy after reading the prior descriptions from the other users.
Remove the 2 screws from the bottom front of the dryer and then lift the front up ... move to the side out of the way. In my case, I didn't undue the wires ... it was easy enough to do ... but I had plenty of slack.
I next removed the 4 hex nuts holding the tumbler cover in place. Remove the cover, remove the tumbler itself.
Cleaned the debris and lint from the bottom of the machine, from the vent, etc.
Placed the belt around the tumbler over the same marks from the original belt. Then, place the tumbler drum back into place ... be careful not to pinch the belt against any components or the side of the appliance as the tumbler goes back in. [A key note from an earlier responder is to use a rubber band to take up the slack of the belt around the drum before you replace the tumbler drum.]
Opended the access door on the lower back side of the unit and was able to access the belt. Removed the rubber band and then thread the slack through the pulley and tensioner as depicted by the image on the instructions that came with the belt.
30 minutes saves $hundreds from a likely repair man.
