I initially thought the leakage problem was due to the black gasket that surrounds the entire tub area, but in reading the testimonials from your customers, I then thought it might be the dispenser door latch. So, I took the door apart as described. The most difficult part was detaching the actual dispenser because the screws were very rusted. On inspection I could see the grommet was very flatened and flimsey. There was also white residue all over the insulation near the dispenser. I ordered the grommet which came within 3 days and put it in. No more leaking!!! I saved a bundle not calling the repair man. I am not even all that mechanically inclined and I had the dishwasher fixed, a load of dishes run and put away before my husband even came home from work. His comment was "Humph," he is not all that happy when I skillfully accomplish manly tasks without his expert assistance :)
