Empty contents of refrigerator door (trust me!). Gently pop off top door hinge plastic cover. Remove two top hinge bolts. Lift door up and off lower hinge pin and place on a towel on a flat surface. Grab the lower hinge cam with pliers and pull out. Mine wasn't broke like others have written, but it was clearly worn. Slide the new cam into place and rehang door in reverse order. Instant fix. 15 minutes work. If I had known how easy and effective the repair was going to be, I would have replaced the freezer side as well because it is just starting to get a little "clunky" noise to it.
