Simple to replace. Removed 2 screws and snap ring to take auger out of ice bin and ice crush housing. Removed ice crushing blades from damaged auger. Reinstalled blades on new auger (they only go on one way). Installed assemble auger/blades in housing and put all back into Ice Bin. Replaced screws and voila, back in business. Thanks PartSelect for making this easy!
