Pulled upper water supply tube down away from top of unit.gently (about a half inch), romoved the old fastening pin resting on top of the mount. Inserted the new retaining grommet under the new arm, held arm up in the water supply tube mounting area. Squeezed the locking pin down into the top of the grommet expanding the shaft thus retaining the arm in position. Works perfectly.
