I removed the top control panel and all the screws to be able to remove the outer washer panel. Then i removed what was left of the original coupling. Finally i installed the new coupling. I found that by applying a small amount of lubricant and some light tapping, the coupling was pretty easy to install on to the shaft of the trans/motor.
