Hardest part of replacing the upper arm was removing the top dishwasher rack (pop off clips on the end of the metal runners & slide out). Then it easily snapped together in seconds.

The gasket around the inside frame was a tight fit, but pressed in with a kid's plastic spoon (didn't want to cut or damage the rubber). I also scoured and cleaned the door where it seals to the gasket since the old one had left residue which it stuck to. Works like a charm!
