Took two screws in front at bottom and lifted front panel 45 degrees and it came off I unplugged two wires on back of panel and set aside. Then i removed housing shield that had several screws and used the split ring pliers to remove ring which was holding the blower wheel on shaft of motor. I called in the part number and had it the second day. It took about ten minutes to put new part in and finish. It is as quiet as when i bought over ten yrs ago
