I REMOVED THE DEFECTIVE ASSEMBLY AND SNAPPED IN THE NEW ONE. IT WAS VERY EASY! HOPEFULLY THIS ONE WILL LAST LONGER THAN A YEAR. THIS IS THE 3RD SENSOR ASSY FOR THIS 3 YR OLD DRYER IN 3 YRS.
