spray arm had deteriorated

I needed a screwdriver to loosen the old part and then took out old parts. Took a couple of minutes to figure out the new parts and had to review the picture online. I did this all while my husband was preoccupied with a guitar lesson and had it finished in no time. If I had to do it again, I would have marked where I pulled the parts out with a permanent marker, since that was the only process that I had to readjust. Accountant by day, repair woman with a quick chore and saved $120 from the estimate to have a repair from appliance dealer. Very happy with results - and the parts arrived quickly. Would use this site again !!
