First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires. The two wires were held together with clamps. Use a small screwdriver to loosen the clamp and disconnect the wires. Then insert the new bake element. I now have an oven that works and didn't have to call a repair man!
