Dispenser "flap" snapped off

I followed all the suggestions from this web site. The repair was rather simple. It took 35 - 45 minutes to loosen and remove the rusted screws. Once that was done it was less then 15 minutes to remove and replace the actuator. It was a good thing I had matching screws to replace the rusted ones. I would suggest that even the DIY novice could fell good about doing this repair.
