First I removed the 2 screws at the bottom of the front panel then I unhinged the panel and placed it aside. The lid switch was removed by unscrewing 2 screws and unplugging 3 plugs. I popped in the new one making sure that the bottom connecting switch was in place. That was it! The unit works great again.
