I first removed the lid/cover on top of the agitator, then removed the seal within the agitator, which exposed the bolt to be unscrewed. I used an 11mm socket and unscrewed the bolt, then removed the parts I neede to replace. I put together the CAM-AGIT repair kit (according to supplied directions) and then worked backwards. I put the replacement parts back in the agitator and screwed the bolt back in. Before I put the seal and lid back in/on, I cleaned both. This repair was VERY much a "do it yourself"!!
