Dishes were not getting clean found that a part was missing from factory.

We removed upper basket by snaping open and removing rollerslide caps. The docking station simply snapped into place. It only snapped in one way so we were certain it is installed correctly.
That part was missing from the factory and I feel a little angry that we had to buy it and install it ourselves. We would never have known why our dishwasher wasn't working like it should if we hadn't seen the inside of another one that belonged to a friend.
