Removed 2 hex head machine screws. Picked up on the element and slid wires through. One wire became unattached. Removed back panel, pushed wire through the oven wall, and replaced the back panel. Wires connected with push on connectors. Pushed attachment assembly back through the oven wall and replaced 2 machine screws. Viola! Working oven.
