Overall a very easy repair, but with one caveat to watch for. Used a nut driver to remove the two sheet metal screws on each side of the element and then slowly pulled the element out to detach the spade connector and wire from the back of the element.
Here is where to be cafeful: Take care to bring the end of the element wtih the wire attached through the hole without catching the connector. If the connector comes off behind the metal it could be a real bear to fish out. This didn't happen to me, but it could happen and turn a simple repair job into a headache.
Plugged the new element in and my oven works better than new. Great service from PartsSelect.
