dog ears on agitator were worn

browsed internet for a diagram and step by step instruction. remove fabric dispenser, used screw driver to pop out agitator barrier cap, used socket wrench to remove bolt. getting the cam that holds the dog ears out was the hardest thing, and that was still easy. Popped in dog ears and replaced everything. was easier than I thought. being able to review the steps on the internet was key to me.
