Twisted the cap off the agitator.

Used the handle ends of the plires to loosen the seal cap (way down inside the hollow of the agitator.). Wiggled the seal cap out.

Unscrewed 11mm bolt inside agitator (needed. long extention to reach the bolt)

Lifted agitator out (top piece of two piece agitator)

Removed seal from top of bottom portion of agitator and put new one on (just lifts off).

Placed four dogs in new cup and placed it down in top agitator piece.

Put top agitator back on top of bottom piece of agitator (wiggled it until it felt like it was in the right place).

Placed rubber washer on 11mm bolt and re attached it to the agitator.

Took old O-ring off seal cap and put new O-ring on. Seal cap had pretty good build up of soap on it which I scrubbed of with an old toothbrush.

Pushed, twisted and jacked around with Seal cap until it was back in place (waydown in the agitator).

Put cap back on top of agitator.

Tested the machine on some old rugs. Worked like a charm.

Really easy to install the agitator repair kit.
