1. Remove the slide stops on both sides of basket
2. Remove basket and old rollers
3. Attach new rollers to basket
4. Insert assembly into slides
5. Replace slide roller stops
6. Load and run dishwasher

Parts were at my house 26.5 hours after ordering.
