there are 6 (1/4 " head) screws on the back of the dryer, take the panel off, don't forget the exh duct. now unplug the 3 wires from the heating elelment and remove the 2 (1/4" head) screws, use a small flat head to remove the rtd from the old element and repeat steps in reverse order.
