The hardest part was identifying the product, and where to get it. Once ordered, I followed these steps

- Reviewed the parts diagram
- Removed the ice tray
- Undid the 3 screws holding it together (one on top, two on bottom)
- Pulled apart the unit.
- Used a screw driver to remove the C style clamp holding the auger in
- Used a pair of pliers to remove the "ice crusher" from the auger (Note!! this is a reverse thread)
- Reversed the procedure to install the new one
