Removed the back panel.
Removed the two wires to the heating element.
Checked for continuity of the heater element with an ohm meter.
Found an open circuit in the heater element. Removed heater element (2 screws) and found a broken coil.
Replaced heater element with a new unit.
Reinstalled the two wires and the back cover.
Plugged dryer in and tested.
Dryer now heats up normally during the dry cycle.
