Pop the cap off the end of the rail- use a screwdriver to push on the tab that's holding it in place.

Remove the old, broken roller. (I cut the plastic holding it to the shelf since it was being thrown out anyway). Replace with new roller. You can look at the other rollers to see how they mount - they slide over the end of the mounting that is on the shelf and then there is a plastic tab that clips as well (that is what I cut on the old one).

Put the tab back on the end of the rail and spray rollers with some PTFE spray. All done.
