Dryer was making load noise at start, then got quiet. The blower wheel was loose (worn in the center) and was rattling.

Use philips head screwdriver to remove 2 front lower screws. Pull out on bottom of front and turn it aound and to the left (to keep from having disconnect wires). Using sockets, remove lint filter cover (one screw was hard to get to; may need to take some other screws loose to get to it).
Remove the small heat shield at the bottom, then remove the cover of the blower fan assembly.
Use either small snap-ring pliers or a scre driver to remove snap ring, and use pliers to remove the clamp in the wheel.
Re-assemble.
