No heat one day, worked fine the night before.

Hardest part of this repair was getting the dryer out from the wall to gain access to the back panel. After removing 8-10 sheet metal screws from the pack panel, two more screws held the Heating Element in place. I removed the two heavy gauge wires from the elements side and simply reversed the order to install the new unit. Maybe a half hour from start to finish and we had a working Dryer again.
