screw part(top of agitatot) not moving , bottom ok

remove cap on agi to reveal the bolt. remove bolt with socket. remove entire agi. seperate top(screw) from bottom(blades) to access worn out agi(no teeth). replace agi they drop in. keep upside down and slowly lower bottom into top without displacing dogs. carefully lower onto shaft make sure they dont seperate(top/bottom or you drop dogs out of place) if all is ok replace bolt, cap and wash. if agis went in correctly screw will only go clockwise.
