Half of the Bake Element had burned out and oven would not stop heating.

After removing the racks from the oven and reading the instructions, I looked at the connections and confirmed they were the same. i got the nutdriver, carefully unscrewed the plates that connected to the back of the oven and carefully pulled the wires out. I pulled the connectors of the old element out of the wires. Plugged the new bake element connectors into the wires, moved the wires back into the space behind the oven, screwed on the plates to keep the element in place, and tested the oven. Worked great!!!!! Saved a lot of money.
