I took the back panel, 2 screws on top ,unscrewed the defrost heater harness . then I used a hair dryer to melt the ice around the coils , also used a piece of aluminum foil to make a tray to catch all the water under the coils to the bucket using the same plastic container a the bottom of the freezer 2 screws and relpaced with the new part . Done ! also I suggest to try to re route the wire to one side to plug its side before you cut them to add the wire included.(that;s what I did ) I hope it can help you .
