tumble but no heat

Unpluged the dryer. Laid it on ite front and took of the back. I took off the 3 wires attached to the element and took out the 2 screws holding elemnt in place. I took off the fuse from the old element and put on new one. Put in place attached the 2 screws and put the 3 wire connectors back on new elemnet and put back on and plugged in. Worked very well and dried clothes faster than before so the old element wasnt working very well before it completely died.
