Dishwasher was not working, LED panel lights where dim and some stuck on and start button does nothing.

Unplug dishwasher, open door, remove screws from around the door using a torx head screwdriver (star shaped), unplug old panel, plug in new panel, reinstall screws. Plug in dishwasher. Done.
Just a note that the connector strip on the old panel was burnt which was a sign that it was bad, probably caused by steam getting into the door and shorting out the electronics.
