Intermittent function - would stop in the middle of a cycle at times

Removed the two screws which held the faceplate on the back of the washer. Then removed the two part knob. Removed the two hex bolts holding the part in place and pulled off the harness wire sets (2). Laid the old part aside and grabbed the new part. Reversed the order above and then did a load of laundry to make sure that I had not missed anything.
Works perfectly!
