Door closer cam splintered

I first ordered the part as a Frigidaire and when it came in it seemed wrong. Then I realized the refrigerator was manufactured by Electrolux, so I went on their (your) site and ordered the plate which was pictured. It came in correct as I could see. I asked to return the first part to Frigidaire and they gave me credit. When I removed the door, I realized I needed both parts the plate and the door closer cam. It took very little time. I called on the Frigidaire part to have them cancel the credit card charge back but it had been done at noon that day. I offered to pay for the part but the lady said she had no way to accomplish that. I told her I was sorry that I had caused the confusion. Ordering from them as well as your organization has been very easy and a pleasant experance.
