Bought machine and had install in condo which wasn't used much and the load size selecter was NOT installed at factory correctly.( The factory had broken the tips on the backsplash off during installation)

GE would not stand behind their mistake even though it was obviously done during installation. Taking my time I was able to re-insert each control and the panel in 35 minutes.
