First turned off the power going to the oven. Then removed the two screws that hold the element in place. When we pulled the element out of the back of the oven, we used 2 clothes pins to make sure the wire wouldn't retrack into the back of the oven wall. Then removed the element, put in the new element, attached the two wires and inserted into the holes. Last tightened the screws to the oven wall through the back plate. It was so easy! When we removed the old element, it broke in two pieces! I placed my order one afternoon, and the next day the order was there at my doorstep delivered by the FedEx man. Terrific service! I have recommended PartSelect.com to everyone I know! Thank you.
