I ordered the timer from Part Select (PS2036423)
and read one of the reviews on how to install it.
I just popped out the control knob (three pieces . . . use a flat knife to pop out the rubber face on the knob and then the other two follow), unscrewed the three screws that hold the control panel and pulled the control panel away . . . then I just slid out the old timer and slid in the new one.
Reinstalled the screws and the control knob and Taa Daa, the unit works great . . . I am sure I saved $75-100 by doing it myself.
